Keep frozen. Do not thaw product before cooking. Due to differences in appliances, cooking times may vary. A minimum internal tortellini temperature of 165 degrees F must be reached for at least 15 seconds. Do not overcook. Stove Top (recommended): bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add frozen tortellini, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 3 minutes (or until desired tenderness). Tortellini will begin to float. Do not boil tortellini. Stir occasionally. Drain, and serve with your favorite sauce.
