Microwave 1 fillet on High for 3-1/2 to 5-1/2 minutes (fully cooked fish cuts easily with a fork and must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving) or 2 fillets for 6 to 8-1/2 minutes (fully cooked fish cuts easily with a fork and must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving).
