Famous flaky crust. Resistance is futile - when it comes to Marie's new Lattice Peach pie. The summer's juiciest Freestone peaches, lightly covered with Marie's sweet and flavorful glaze peek through a rich and flaky lattice crust. Bake and sprinkle with our sugar blend to serve this delightful treat. Our story begins over 60 years ago, in 1948, when Marie Callender first baked pies for local restaurants. Baking from scratch, Marie used only the finest ingredients and put such love and care into each and every pie that people took notice. Before long, Marie began offering her good home cooking and legendary pies at a restaurant of her own. The word spread and soon Marie Callender restaurants were opened all across the West. We've been warming hearts and tummies with our famous recipes ever since. Now you can enjoy the goodness of Marie's freshly made pies at home with our frozen thaw and serve pies based on Marie's original recipes. Proudly made in the USA.

Filling: Peaches, Sugar, Water, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Guar Gum, Ascorbic Acid and Citric Acid (to Promote Color Retention). Crust: Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Vegetable Shortening (Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil), Water, Dextrose, Salt, Sodium Metabisulfite. Sugar Topping: Sugar.
Keep frozen. Baking: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove plastic wrapper from pie. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil and place frozen pie on cookie sheet on center oven rack. Bake pie for 50-60 minutes or until lattice top begins to turn golden brown. Remove pie from oven on cookie sheet, open sugar pouch with scissors and sprinkle sugar as desired on top of pie and return to oven. Never lift pie pan by the edges. Let pie bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. Pie will slice and serve most easily when cooled at least 2 hours. Marie's Baking Tips: If edges of pie begin to brown excessively, cover edges with a strip of aluminum foil and continue baking. Our pies are filled with luscious, ripe fruit, some juices may bubble over while baking so be sure to cover your cookie sheet with aluminum foil. To give your lattice crust an even more beautiful, flaky appearance, brush on a beaten egg before baking (avoid brushing the egg on the pattern around the pie's edge). Keep frozen until ready to bake.
