Enriched Yellow Corn Meal (Corn Meal, Ferrous Sulfate, Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin and Folic Acid), Salt, Spices (Including Red Pepper), Citric Acid, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic, Onion, Lemon Juice Concentrate, and Lemon Oil.
Refrigerate after opening. Fried Fish: 1. Heat one inch of vegetable oil in skillet or oil as required in deep fat fryer to 350 degrees F. 2. Wash fish thoroughly in cold water, drain off excess moisture. Cut fish into filets or long 1/2-inch wide strips. 3. Pour Fish-Fri into plate or plastic bag. Roll or shake moist seafood in mix until evenly coated. 4. Fry seafood (a few pieces at a time) in hot oil until light golden brown. Remove and drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot. Note: For thicker breading, dip seafood in a mixture of 1 cup milk and 1 egg (lightly beaten) before rolling in Fish-Fri.
