White Fish (Hake), Water, Sunflower Oil, Contains 2% or Less of the following: Lemon Juice Solids, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Lemon Peel, Non-Fat Milk Solids, Corn Maltodextrin, Corn Syrup Solids, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Dextrose, Natural Flavor, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Sugar, Salt, Sodium Monophosphate, Citric Acid, Extractives of Tumeric and Paprika.
Keep frozen. 1. Place 1 or 2 frozen pouches on a microwaveable plate with StarKist logo facing up. Do not pierce pouch. Place the plate to one side of the microwave turntable for even heating. 2. Microwave on High according to the guidelines provided in the chart below (Cooking time may vary depending on microwave wattage). Steamer pouch will inflate and may make a whistling sound. 900 Watts: 1 Fillet: 4-1/2 to 5 minutes. 2 Fillets: 7-1/2 to 8 minutes. 1100 Watts: 1 Fillet: 3-3/4 to 4 minutes. 2 Fillets: 7 to 7-1/4 minutes. 3. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees by checking with a food thermometer. Product is fully cooked when the fish appears opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork. 4. Cut open pouch with scissors and use caution to avoid escaping steam. Keep frozen at or below 0 degrees F/-18 degrees C. Do not refreeze.
