How do I transfer my Express Scripts prescriptions?

Simply call the Giant Eagle Pharmacy^® of your choice and our Pharmacist will assist
with the transfer.

Please have this information ready (this information should appear on your prescription bottle):

• Prescription Name
• Doctor Name
• Name and phone number of pharmacy where the prescription was last filled
• The Giant Eagle Pharmacy^® where you would like to pick-up your prescriptions

OR

Bring in your current prescription bottle to the Giant Eagle Pharmacy^® of your choice and our Pharmacist will assist with the transfer.
