If your physician prescribes an antibiotic as part of your treatment, simply bring your prescription to any participating Giant Eagle Pharmacy^® and receive up to a 14-day supply of qualifying, generic antibiotics — absolutely FREE.

The following antibiotics are included in the program:

• Amoxicillin
• Ampicillin
• Cephalexin
• Ciprofloxacin
• Doxycycline Hyclate
• Erythromycin
• Gentamicin
• Penicillin
• Sulfamethoxazole/Trimethoprim
• Tetracycline

The FREE antibiotics program has no limit on the number of prescriptions you can fill, and covers new prescriptions and refills.

When should I take antibiotics?
Antibiotics are prescribed for many illnesses, including strep throat, pneumonia, severe acne, urinary tract infections, and to prevent infections from certain surgeries and dental procedures. Antibiotics should not be used to treat colds or the flu. Always check with your doctor before taking a prescription antibiotic.
