Gardein Chick'n Good Stuff: Water, Soy Protein, Vital Wheat Gluten, Ancient Grains (Quinoa, Amaranth, Millet and Kamut), Natural Flavors (from Plant Sources), Potato Starch, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil and/or Safflower Oil, Pea Protein, Modified Vegetable Gum, Carrot Fiber, Organic Beet Root Fiber, Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Yeast Extract, Sea Salt. Stuffing: Black Beans, Corn Kernels, Jalapeno Peppers, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil and/or Safflower Oil, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, White Pepper, Parsley Flakes, Sea Salt. Sauce: Water, Tomato Paste, Spices, Red Bell Pepper Flakes, Chipotle Pepper, Vinegar, Citric Acid.
Keep refrigerated. Preparation: Microwave is best: pierce bag. Place bag on dish and heat on High for 2 minutes. Boil in a bag: Add pouch to boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from water, carefully cut package open and serve. Stovetop: In a sauce pan over Medium heat, cook covered for 3 to 4 minutes. Bake: Place on baking dish with remaining marinade and cover. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes. Tip: Let rest for 1 minute and serve. Do not overcook. For all cooking methods, cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
