  3. Q. Is there a fee for placing an order?
    A.

    When you select a timeslot, you’ll see the fee listed. If you are new to Curbside Express, we’ll waive the service fee on your first three pickup orders!

  4. Q. How are my groceries chosen?
    A.

    Our rigorously trained Personal Shoppers handpick the highest quality, freshest products to fill your order — just like you would! Perishable items are chosen and packed the day your order is scheduled for pickup; fresh and frozen products are kept at optimal and safe temperatures.

  5. Q. When do I pay for my order?
    A.

    For pickup orders, you can either pay online or at the store. Even if you choose Pay Online, your card is not charged until you pick your order up at the store.

  6. Q. What kinds of payment do you accept?
    A.

    For online payments, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® credit cards. If you pay at the store, we accept credit cards and Giant Eagle-brand gift cards. At select locations, we also accept cash and personal checks. At this time, we cannot accept food stamps, SNAP or WIC payments.

  7. Q. What do I do when I arrive at the store to pick up my order?
    A.

    Get your groceries without ever leaving your car! Just pull up to the dedicated Curbside Express Pickup Lane at the front or the side of the store, or the dedicated Curbside Express parking spots, and call the number listed on the sign. A member of our Curbside Express team will bring your groceries to you and load them into your car. We will accept payment then, along with any coupons you might have.

  8. Q. How much time do you need to prepare my order?
    A.

    Most pickup stores require four hours, but order processing time can vary by location. Contact your store if you have any questions. Planning ahead? You can place an order up to seven days in advance.

  9. Q. Can I use coupons and eOffers when ordering from Curbside Express?
    A.

    Yes! Since your credit card is not charged until pickup, give the coupons to your Curbside Express attendant, who will apply the coupons to your total. Discounts, including coupons, eAdvantageTM savings and eCoupons, will be reflected in your total at that time.

    Yes, you still earn fuelperks! on all qualifying purchases! Be sure to connect your Advantage Card to your account to enjoy these savings. Our fuelperks! program is available in select markets. Learn more on our Giant Eagle website.
