  3. Q. Is there a fee for placing an order?
    A.

    If you order at least one day in advance, all we charge is $4.95. Same-day orders are available for an additional $5 fee. New to Curbside Express? We’ll waive the service fee on your first three orders — up to a $9.95 value per order!

  4. Q. How are my groceries chosen?
    A.

    Our rigorously trained Personal Shoppers handpick the highest quality, freshest products to fill your order, from produce to meat and packaged goods — just like you would! Perishable items will be chosen and packed the day your order is scheduled for pickup. Refrigerated and frozen items will be kept cold until your arrival.

  5. Q. When do I pay for my order?
    A.

    After you’ve safely parked in the store’s designated Curbside Express area, we’ll ask you to pay upon delivering your groceries to your car.

  6. Q. What kinds of payment do you accept?
    A.

    At all pickup locations, we accept payment in the form of credit card — Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® or
    Discover®. We also accept Giant Eagle-brand gift cards.
    At select locations, we accept cash and personal check as payment.
    At this time, we cannot accept Food Stamps, SNAP or WIC payments at any of our Curbside Express pickup locations.

  7. Q. What do I do when I arrive at the store to pick up my order?
    A.

    Get your groceries without ever leaving your car! Just pull up to the dedicated Curbside Express pickup area and call the number listed on the sign. A member of our Curbside Express team will bring your groceries to you and load them into your car. We accept payment then, along with any coupons you might have.

  8. Q. How much time do you need to prepare my order?
    A.

    If you need your groceries right away, schedule a same-day pickup. Please note that our shopping lead-time varies by store. Planning ahead? You can place an order up to seven days in advance.

  9. Q. Can I use coupons and eOffers when ordering from Curbside Express?
    A.

    Yes! Bring your coupons with you and give them to the Curbside Express team before making your final payment. Additional discounts, including the eAdvantage™ Offer of the Week and clipped eOffers, will be reflected in your total at that time.

  10. Q. Do I earn fuelperks!® on my Curbside Express orders?
    A.

    In participating markets, you’ll earn fuelperks!® on all qualifying purchases. Be sure to connect your Advantage Card to your account to earn rewards.
