  1. Q. How do I sign up?
    A.

    Signing up for Giant Eagle’s eAdvantage couldn’t be easier. Simply visit the eAdvantage page and log in to your GiantEagle.com account. Please note: Your Giant Eagle Advantage Card® number must be linked to your online account in order to participate in this program.

    From there, you will be able to opt-in for the Offer of the Week and eReceipts. You’ll also be able to clip eCoupons to your Giant Eagle Advantage Card.

    Yes. In order to participate in any of Giant Eagle’s eAdvantage programs, you must have a Giant Eagle Advantage Card.

  3. Q. Is there an alternate way to sign up for Giant Eagle’s eAdvantage?
    A.

    Not at this time. Please visit the eAdvantage page and log in to your GiantEagle.com account in order to sign up. Currently, neither in-store team members nor Giant Eagle Customer Care has the ability to enroll customers in the program.

    Yes. You can do so by visiting the eAdvantage page on your phone’s Internet browser. You can also enroll in eAdvantage by using the Giant Eagle mobile app. Learn more and download the app here.

    No. All personal information that you enter in order to participate in Giant Eagle’s eAdvantage stays with Giant Eagle, and will not be shared with any other business or third party vendor.

  1. Q. I’m not registered for Giant Eagle’s eAdvantage, but want to sign up while I’m shopping at your store. How quickly can I join?
    A.

    While you do have the ability to sign up on the eAdvantage page via your mobile phone, it may take our system up to 24 hours to process your initial enrollment. To ensure that you can enjoy the great benefits of this program, it's best to sign up before your shopping trip.

  2. Q. Are there any limitations as to how many offers I can redeem?
    A.

    You can redeem only one Giant Eagle eAdvantage Offer of the Week per registered Giant Eagle Advantage Card number. However, check out our eCoupons page for more special savings!

  3. Q. What if I provide multiple email addresses?
    A.

    Since your Giant Eagle Advantage Card is associated with one loyalty number (regardless of how many family members use your card), only one offer is redeemable per the Giant Eagle Advantage Card number that was entered while enrolling.

  4. Q. Is there anything I need to do to receive the weekly offer?
    A.

    No. The great thing about Giant Eagle’s eAdvantage Offer of the Week is that once you are signed up, the weekly offer is automatically pre-loaded to your Giant Eagle Advantage Card! Just be sure to have your Giant Eagle Advantage Card available when redeeming the offer in-store.

  5. Q. How long do I have to redeem the offer?
    A.

    You must redeem the offer within the promotional week that the offer is valid (starting Thursday, ending Wednesday). Expired offers do not carry over.

  6. Q. Am I able to redeem the Giant Eagle eAdvantage Offer of the Week at any Giant Eagle store location?
    A.

    Yes! It’s available at all Giant Eagle and Market District stores. Be on the lookout for occasional eAdvantage offers from GetGo® as well!

  7. Q. How do I find out what the featured weekly offer is?
    A.

    The Giant Eagle eAdvantage Offer of the Week will be communicated through multiple channels. Look for it in our weekly circular and on our in-store signage. Once you’ve joined the program, you can also choose to receive a weekly email communicating the upcoming week’s featured offer. Please check your email spam settings to make sure the email is being delivered to your inbox.

  8. Q. If I have a manufacturer’s coupon for the Offer of the Week, am I able to redeem it?

    Yes! Manufacturer coupons can be redeemed with your Giant Eagle eAdvantage Offer of the Week, unless the Offer of the Week is a free item or priced at less than the value of your coupon.

    When opting in to eReceipts, you must select your preferences. You may choose to always receive your receipts digitally, or you can choose to be asked about your receipt preferences each time you are at checkout. You can change these preferences at any time by visiting your GiantEagle.com account.

    A.

    Our eCoupons provide you with instant, easy access to savings from your computer, iPhone® or Android™ device. Simply “clip” the eCoupons of your choice, and they’re immediately added to your Giant Eagle Advantage Card. The next time you shop, your savings will be automatically redeemed at checkout.

  2. Q. Where can I use eCoupons?
    A.

    eCoupons are accepted at any of Giant Eagle’s family of stores, including Market District and GetGo! (View our store locator.) When you purchase the qualifying products and your purchase meets the redemption requirements of an eCoupon, the savings are automatically applied to your order and are noted on your receipt for each qualifying item, or as a total amount saved.

    Note: eCoupons are valid at locations that carry qualifying products. Not all eCoupons are available at all locations. eCoupons are not available for out-of-stock or online special orders. eCoupons must be loaded to the Giant Eagle Advantage Card at time of purchase to redeem. Each eCoupon is only able to be redeemed once and is not subject to doubling.

  3. Q. How do I clip and unclip eCoupons?
    A.

    To clip an eCoupon, click its "Clip" button. The eCoupon will save automatically to your Giant Eagle Advantage Card. Click Unclip to remove the coupon from your Giant Eagle Advantage Card.

  4. Q. How do I know which eCoupons are current and which have expired?
    A.

    All unclipped eCoupons include an expiration date. For clipped eCoupons, click on the “clipped coupons” text above the current eCoupons. You can then select the tabs to review current and expired eCoupons.

  5. Q. How many eCoupons can I clip at once?
    A.

    You can have up to 90 digital offers loaded to your Giant Eagle Advantage Card at any time. Expired, redeemed and unclipped eCoupons do not count toward this total.

  6. Q. I selected an eCoupon for this product, but I did not receive the discount. Why?
    A.
    1. Sometimes it may take two to three hours to be loaded onto your Giant Eagle Advantage Card.
    2. The eCoupon may have expired.
    3. You may not have purchased the specific item for the eCoupon.
    4. Another person in your household may have previously redeemed the eCoupon.

    Each eCoupon can only be used once on one specific product.
