Chocolate Nut Bark

Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. (Take care to avoid wrinkles). Melt 2 cups semisweet, bittersweet or milk chocolate chips. Combine the melted chocolate with 1-1/2 cups assorted unsalted nuts in a medium bowl. Spread the mixture into an approximate 12-by-9-inch rectangle on the foil. Sprinkle additional finely chopped nuts on top, if desired. Refrigerate until set. Break or cut into 11⁄2-inch pieces.
Makes: 36 servings. Per serving: 74 calories.

Tip: To melt chocolate, microwave on medium for 1 minute. Stir, then continue microwaving on medium, stirring every 20 seconds, until melted. Or place chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot, but not boiling, water. Stir until melted.
