Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. roasted red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • dash black pepper

  • RITZ Cracker

Recipe Directions:

Heat oven to 350°F. Place cheese in baking dish; top with next 3 ingredients.Bake 10 to 12 min. or until heated through.Squeeze lemon wedges over cheese. Serve warm with crackers.Pairs well with a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. Please drink responsibly.
