  1. 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli

  2. 1/3 cup fresh parsley

  3. 1 cup sliced green onions

  4. 1 clove garlic

  5. 1 1/2 tsp. salt

  6. dash freshly ground pepper

  7. 1/3 cup olive oil

  8. 1/4 cup Giant Eagle wine vinegar

  9. 1 tsp. dry mustard

  10. 1 tomato, diced

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash freshly ground pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Giant Eagle wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tomato, diced

Recipe Directions:

Wash broccoli, trim and peel the stems. Cut into bite sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Wash parsley and chop coarsely. Add to broccoli. Combine garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar and dry mustard in a container with a tight lid. Shake to blend. Pour dressing over the broccoli. Add tomato and toss lightly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
