  1. 1 cup Jarlsberg cheese, shredded

  2. 1/4 cup spinach, thinly sliced

  3. 1 Tbsp. red onion, small dice

  4. 1 Tbsp. roasted red pepper, small dice

  5. 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

  6. 1 tsp. garlic, minced

  7. 1 tsp. yellow mustard

  8. 1/4 tsp. salt

  9. 1/8 tsp. black pepper

  10. 1 French baguette, cut into 1/2 inch slices

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup spinach, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. red onion, small dice
  • 1 Tbsp. roasted red pepper, small dice
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. yellow mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 French baguette, cut into 1/2 inch slices

Recipe Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except baguette in a mixing bowl and mix well. Spoon one tablespoon of mixture onto each baguette slice. Place in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
