  • 12 slices French bread
  • cooking spray
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/4 cup pitted black olives
  • 1/4 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Parmesan Romano Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Recipe Directions:

Preheat broiler. Spray both sides of each bread slice lightly with cooking spray; place in single layer on rack of broiler pan. Broil 2 min. on each side or until lightly toasted on both sides.Mix tomatoes, olives, artichokes, cheese, dressing and parsley flakes. Spoon heaping tablespoonful of the tomato mixture onto each toast slice.
