Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3 pkg. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
  • 4 egg
  • 1/2 lb. smoked salmon
  • 1/2 cup green onion
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh dill

Recipe Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°F if using a silver 9-inch springform pan (or to 300°F if using a dark nonstick 9-inch springform pan.) Mix bread crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes.Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over crust.Bake 1 hour or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature. Serve with your favorite NABISCO Crackers or sliced fresh vegetables.
