  1. 4 oz. Butter or stick margarine

  2. 5 each Shallots, finely chopped

  3. 5 oz. Dried bread crumbs

  4. 4 oz. English Stilton cheese

  5. 1 tsp. Chopped fresh or dried sage

  6. 2 tsp. Chopped fresh parsley

  7. 11 oz. Fresh mushroom caps, stems removed

  8. Giant Eagle vegetable oil spray

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Butter or stick margarine
  • 5 each Shallots, finely chopped
  • 5 oz. Dried bread crumbs
  • 4 oz. English Stilton cheese
  • 1 tsp. Chopped fresh or dried sage
  • 2 tsp. Chopped fresh parsley
  • 11 oz. Fresh mushroom caps, stems removed
  • Giant Eagle vegetable oil spray

Recipe Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°F. Melt butter, add the shallots and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add bread crumbs, Stilton and herbs to shallots, and mix to make the stuffing. Press the stuffing lightly into the mushroom caps and place on a baking tray sprayed with vegetable oil. Bake for 35 minutes.
