Ingredients

  • 2 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp. ancho chile pepper powder
  • 20 OREO Cookies

Recipe Directions:

Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Reserve 3 Tbsp. cookie crumbs. Add remaining to sour cream mixture; mix well. Shape into 20 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. for each. Roll in reserved crumbs. Place in single layer in waxed paper-lined pan.Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
