Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) Giant Eagle red kidney beans
  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) Giant Eagle black beans
  • 1 can (11 oz.) Giant Eagle whole kernel corn
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Giant Eagle diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz.) Giant Eagle tomato sauce
  • 2/3 cup Giant Eagle tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Tabasco chipotle sauce
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt, or to taste
  • Shredded Giant Eagle Cheddar cheese
Directions:

n a 5 quart pot, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain well. Add garlic and green pepper, and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in beans, corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato juice, water, chili powder, chipotle sauce and salt. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm, topped with Cheddar cheese.
