  1. 2 3/4 cup all purpose flour

  2. 2 Tbsp. sugar

  3. 2 Tbsp. baking powder

  4. 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

  5. 1 tsp. salt

  6. 2 cup Chai Tea soy milk

  7. 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  8. 1 tsp. cinnamon

  9. 1 tsp. nutmeg

  10. 1/2 cup whip cream

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cup Chai Tea soy milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup whip cream
  • cooking spray

Recipe Directions:

Combine all ingredients except cooking spray, and whisk with a wire whip until smooth. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Place batter in the skillet and cook for 3 minutes per side.
