  2. 1 cup pesto sauce

  3. 2 loaf Giant Eagle Ciabatta bread or 8 Ciabatta rolls

  4. 16 oz. Dietz and Watson® roast beef

  5. 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced thinly

  6. Spinach, romaine or Red Boston lettuce leaves

  7. Red onion, sliced

  8. Tomato, sliced

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Brie cheese, cut into slices
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 loaf Giant Eagle Ciabatta bread or 8 Ciabatta rolls
  • 16 oz. Dietz and Watson® roast beef
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced thinly
  • Spinach, romaine or Red Boston lettuce leaves
  • Red onion, sliced
  • Tomato, sliced

Recipe Directions:

Slice Ciabatta rolls or bread into halves and layer with cheese and beef. Top with pesto sauce and vegetables, then serve.
