Ingredients

  • 1 cup penne pasta
  • 1 can Italian-style diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup BOCA Ground Crumbles
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions:

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.Meanwhile, cook remaining ingredients in skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until crumbles are cooked through (160ºF), stirring frequently.Drain pasta; serve topped with sauce.
