  1. 1/2 cup gruyere cheese, shredded

  2. 1/2 cup Rembrandt gouda cheese, shredded

  3. 1/4 cup butter

  4. 3 cup whole milk

  5. 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1 tsp. garlic powder

  7. 2 cup water

  8. 1/4 cup flour

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Rembrandt gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 cup whole milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup flour

Recipe Directions:

Combine all ingredients except flour and water in a stainless steel mixing bowl. Place water in a large sauce pot and bring to a simmer. Place the stainless steel mixing bowl with ingredients over the simmering water to create a double boiler. Whisk ingredients until melted. Add flour and whisk until combined. Place in fondue pot and serve.
