  1. 1/2 cup dry white wine

  2. 1/2 cup Giant Eagle vegetable oil

  3. 1/2 cup shallots, minced

  4. 2-3 clove garlic, minced

  5. 1/4 cup fresh tarragon, chopped

  6. 1/4 cup fresh thyme, chopped

  7. 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper, or to taste

  8. 2 tsp. salt, or to taste

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup Giant Eagle vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup shallots, minced
  • 2-3 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper, or to taste
  • 2 tsp. salt, or to taste

Recipe Directions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well blended. Leave at room temperature for 1 hour. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Note: White wine vinegar may be substituted for dry white wine.
