For best results, turn fish over after 10 minutes. Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen tilapia for 51/2 to 6 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper before serving. Pan Fry: Preheat 1/2 inch cooking oil in a skillet on medium-high to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen tilapia for 51/2 to 6 minutes, turning frequently. Drain before serving. Due to differences in appliances and quantity prepared, cooking time may vary and require adjustment.
