Keep frozen. Preparation: Keep frozen until ready to cook - cooking instructions must be followed. Wash hands before handling foods. Microwave Oven (1100): 1. Remove bowl from box. Peel corner of film to vent. 2. Microwave entree on high for 2 to 3 minutes - microwave ovens below 1100 watt may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature. 3. Check that the product is cooked thoroughly - Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F. 4. Remove from microwave, carefully remove film completely, stir and let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving. Conventional Oven (Not recommended for toaster oven): 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Remove the bowl from the package. 3. Remove film from the bowl completely and place the bowl on a cookie sheet. 4. Place cookie sheet on middle rack of even and bake for 30-35 minutes. 5. After 20 minutes, once the product is thawed, stir for best results. Check that the product is cooked thoroughly--internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F. 6. Remove from oven, stir and let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving. Individual oven vary. These are guidelines only. Keep frozen. Bowl will be hot, use caution when removing from microwave or oven.
