Proper Storage: Ducktrap River of Maine smoked wild salmon has been carefully sealed in a vacuum package for your convenience. Because we use no artificial preservatives, your smoked wild salmon needs to be kept refrigerated when not being served. Ducktrap River of Maine smoked wild salmon is best stored for up to 10 days in your refrigerator or until the use by date, whichever is sooner. When opened, smoked wild salmon needs to be kept well wrapped in the refrigerator and eaten within 4 days. You may also freeze your salmon, if unopened, for up to 3 months.
