Cheese ‘N Mushroom Waffle Wedges

Try this unique cheese and mushroom waffle recipe! These savory bite-sized creations, made with everyone’s favorite classic Eggo® waffles, are quick, easy, and delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cup Giant Eagle cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 jar (2½ oz.) Giant Eagle sliced mushrooms, drained
  • ¼ cup Hellmann’s® Real mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. onions, chopped
  • ½ tsp. Giant Eagle cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp. Giant Eagle Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp. French’s® yellow mustard
  • 6 Kellogg’s® Eggo® Buttermilk waffles

Directions:

  Prep Time: 5 min. • Cook Time: 5 min.

Mix all ingredients except for Kellog’s® Eggo® Buttermilk Waffles. Spread mixture on each waffle to within ¼-inch of the edge. Place on baking sheet.

Broil 4-inches from source of heat for about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and waffles are thoroughly heated. Cut each into 8 pieces. Serve immediately.
