Ham & Broccoli Cheddar Quiche

  • 1 cup Giant Eagle broccoli florets
  • ¼ lb. Giant Eagle slice ham off the bone
  • ½ bunch green onions
  • 6 Nature’s Basket large brown cage free eggs
  • 2 cups Giant Eagle half & half
  • ¼ tsp. McCormick® ground nutmeg
  • 1 Pillsbury® pie crust
  • ½ cup Giant Eagle shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper


  Prep Time: 10 min. • Cook Time: 45 min.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Roughly chop broccoli florets leaving in large pieces. Cut ham into thin strips, slice the green onions.

Crack the eggs into a large bowl, whisk in half & half, nutmeg, ½ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of pepper. Whisk everything until light and frothy. Place broccoli, ham and half of the cheddar in the pie crust. Fill with the egg mixture to the top and top with remaining cheddar and the green onions. Bake for 45 minutes or until mixture is no longer jiggly.

Let quiche rest for a few minutes before slicing and enjoy!
