Peach Ginger Popsicles

  • 2 oz. ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 16 oz. Giant Eagle frozen peaches
  • 1 Tbsp. Karo® light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup water


  Prep Time: 10 min. • Freezing Time: 4 hrs.

In a blender, combine all ingredients and purée until smooth.

Fill the popsicle molds with the peach mixture. Place in the freezer for 2 hours and then add in the popsicle sticks. Freeze for another 2 hours or until popsicles are solid.
