Make enough after dinner treats for the whole family with this recipe for s’mores casserole. Cooked on a grill in a metal baking dish, you can cook as many or as little grilled s’mores as you’d like—no stick required!


  • 4 Giant Eagle large marshmallows
  • 8 squares Giant Eagle graham crackers
  • 8 Hershey's® kisses


  Prep Time: 5 min. • Cook Time: 10 min.

Cut the marshmallows in half. After you have grilled your meal and the grill is still hot, line a metal baking dish with 3-4 layers of aluminum foil. Place the graham squares on the bottom of the dish, and top with the marshmallows cut side up. Place on the grill and replace the lid. Let cook until the marshmallow has softened, about 3 minutes. Squish the Hershey’s kiss into the soft marshmallow then return to the grill and cover, cooking another 3-4 minutes until the chocolate melts.

Serve as is or squish another graham cracker on top if you like.
