Turn your favorite appetizer into a delicious dessert with this recipe for s’mores nachos. With a mountain of sweet, sticky marshmallows and chocolate—and graham crackers for dipping—these deconstructed s’mores are good to the last scoop.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Horizon® heavy whipping cream
  • 16 oz. Giant Eagle semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 Giant Eagle large marshmallows
  • 8 squares Giant Eagle graham crackers
  • 1 Hershey's® milk chocolate bar

Directions:

Prep Time: 5 min. • Cook Time: 20 min.

In a small pot, bring the cream to a boil, then turn off the heat and add the chocolate chips. Let sit for 1 minute then whisk until smooth. Cut the marshmallows into 4’s. After you have grilled your meal and the grill is still hot, line a metal baking dish with 3-4 layers of aluminum foil. Break up the graham squares and place on the bottom of the dish, topping with the cut marshmallows.

Place on the grill and replace the lid. Let cook until the marshmallow has softened, about 3 minutes. Top with pieces of broken up Hersey's® bar. Return to the grill and cover, cooking another 3-4 minutes until the chocolate melts. Drizzle with the chocolate sauce and enjoy!
