Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork and cook, breaking up with a spatula until cooked through.* Add the Szechuan sauce, stir to combine. Reduce heat to low and let simmer 5 minutes.
Cook the noodles in the boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain and divide between 4 bowls. Top with the pork sauce and garnish with the sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
*For food safety, cook ground pork to an internal temperature of 160°F.
