Bring a large pot of water with salt to a boil. Cut Mozzarella into 1-inch cubes. Pick basil leaves. Drain sun-dried tomatoes, olives, artichoke quarters, and banana peppers.
Once water is boiling, add pasta. Cook for 11 minutes and then strain. Rinse with cold water until pasta is cold.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Catalina dressing and the mayo until uniform. Add the pasta, Mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, artichoke quarters, and banana peppers. Mix well until everything is coated in dressing. Garnish with basil leaves and enjoy!
