Preheat grill. Cut the ciabatta bread into 4 equal pieces and slice each piece horizontally. Slice the tomatoes. Slice the Mozzarella into ¼-inch thick slices. Pick the leaves from the basil. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into square patties. Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of salt and pepper on each patty.
Grill the burgers to your desired doneness.* While the burgers are cooking, toast the ciabatta buns.
Spread the bottom bun with a little mayo and place the cooked burger on top followed by the sliced tomato, mozzarella, and basil leaves. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil. Place top bun and enjoy.
*For food safety, cook ground beef to an internal temperature of 165°F.
