Hunt's® Fire-Roasted Beef Chili

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground chuck beef (80% lean)
  • ¾ cup yellow onion, chopped
  • ½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Giant Eagle kidney beans
  • 1 can Hunt's fire roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can Dei Fratelli Purée
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 cup Giant Eagle rice

Instructions:

  • Cook beef, onion and pepper in large saucepan over medium high heat 5 - 7 minutes or until beef is crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally; drain.
  • Cook rice according to package directions
  • Stir in all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 15 minutes, stirring several times.
