In less time than it takes to say “Screaming Eagle Turkey Sandwich,” you can make one with this delightful recipe. Featuring two different types of turkey, Mozzarella cheese, and flavorful veggies and spices, this easy sandwich is just as majestic as its namesake.


  • 4 Giant Eagle bakery ciabatta rolls
  • 1 cup Giant Eagle roasted red peppers, drained
  • ¼ cup Gaea Greek pitted green olives
  • 2 Tbsp. Sambal ground chili paste
  • 1 Tbsp. Market District extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ lb. sliced Dietz and Watson pepper turkey
  • ½ lb. sliced Giant Eagle mesquite turkey breast
  • 4 slices Giant Eagle Mozzarella


   Prep Time: 10 min.

Slice ciabatta rolls in half. Finely chop roasted red peppers and olives. Combine the chopped pepper, olives, sambal, and olive oil.

Spread a thick layer of the pepper olive spread on the bottom half of each roll. Then, arrange 2 slices of each type of turkey, 1 slice of cheese, and the other half of the roll. Repeat 3 more times to complete the sandwiches. Enjoy!
