Grilled potatoes are a perfect side dish to your favorite BBQ meat! Lathered in a delicious blend of spices and cooked for just 30 minutes, these potatoes on the grill will be a big hit!

  • 16 cloves garlic
  • 2 lbs. Market District honey gold potatoes
  • 1 pkg (0.75 oz.) Nature’s Basket thyme
  • 8 Simply Organic® bay leaves
  • 1 pkg (0.75 oz.) Nature’s Basket rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp. Market District extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper

Prep Time: 5 min. • Cook Time: 30 min.

Light your fire in your grill and heat charcoals. Peel the garlic. In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes, thyme, bay leaves, garlic, and rosemary with the olive oil and 1 teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper.

Lay two double layers of tinfoil on a flat surface. Divide the potatoes in half and place in the foil. Wrap tightly.

Using tongs bury the tinfoil packets into the coals. You want the coals to be grey and hot, but not red and flaming. Rotate the potatoes every 10 minutes so that they do not burn. The potatoes should take about 30 minutes. Test with a toothpick for doneness.

Enjoy with your favorite BBQ meat!
