Know exactly what’s inside your granola bars when you make them yourself with this simple recipe for cranberry chocolate oat bars.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Blue Diamond® all-natural almonds
  • ½ cup Nature’s Basket honey
  • ½ cup Justin’s® classic almond butter
  • 1 cup Giant Eagle dried cranberries
  • 1 cup Giant Eagle semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1½ cups Bob’s Red Mill® rolled oats

Directions:

  Prep Time: 10 min. • Cook Time: 20 min.

Preheat oven to 325°F. Roughly chop the almonds.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey and almond butter and stir in the cranberries, chopped almonds, chocolate chips and rolled oats. Spread in a thin layer on a parchment-lined sheet tray. Press firmly with your hand so the mixture is packed in and bake for 20 minutes.

Let sheet tray cool then cut into bars and enjoy!
