Skip the store and make snacks at home with this recipe for spicy, peppery, craveably crispy chickpeas.

Ingredients:

  • 2 (15.5 oz.) cans Goya® chickpeas
  • 2 tsp. Market District extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. McCormick® smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp. Giant Eagle cayenne

Directions:

  Prep Time: 5 min. • Cook Time: 90 min.

Preheat oven to 250°F.

Drain, rinse, and dry the chickpeas well. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices. Spread in a single layer on a sheet tray and roast in oven for 1½ hours or until crispy.
