  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ cup shredded Gruyére cheese
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup shredded Gouda Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter with garlic in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until thick. Slowly add milk, whisking, to prevent lumps. Cook mixture for 4-5 minutes. Add cheeses and Worcestershire. Cook for 1-2 minutes until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
