What should I do if my Giant Eagle Advantage Card is lost, stolen or damaged?
Visit your local store to request a new card. Let the Team Member at the Guest Services desk at Giant Eagle or Market District know you already have an account so they can link it with your new card. You can also call Customer Care at 1-800-553-2324, and they can help you link a new card to your account.
I've seen different Advantage Cards. If I already have an Advantage Card, should I get a new one?
All versions of the card work exactly the same, so there's no benefit to getting a new card if you already have one.
Do I need a new Advantage Card if I switch to myPerks?
No, you can keep your current card.
How do I review my perks?
Download the Giant Eagle app for iPhone® and Android™ and click on Profile at the bottom of the screen to see your total perks and rewards. You can also find perk information at the bottom of your receipt, or by logging into your Giant Eagle account.
